His educational pathway provides a unique perspective, combining foundational medical studies undertaken at Saint James School of Medicine with specialized postgraduate certifications in Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare from MIT. This is built upon a dual undergraduate focus in Biological Sciences and Comparative Theology from Rutgers University. His transition into healthcare operations and business coincided with the operational demands presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Carrie Martin serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Welltel. With over a decade of experience in healthcare, leadership, and partnership development, Carrie brings a wealth of expertise in business development, account management, project management, clinical acumen, training and development, and marketing strategy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Neuroscience and Psychology, a Master of Science in Human Nutrition (Dietitian), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare. Carrie’s greatest passion lies in educating others and driving change that enhances quality care for patients, ultimately contributing to improvements in healthcare to address the chronic disease epidemic.
Eunice is a seasoned healthcare leader with extensive experience driving operational excellence and strategic growth across complex clinical environments. She brings deep expertise in project management, the implementation of new business lines, and regulatory auditing, with a proven ability to lead initiatives from early concept to large-scale execution. Throughout her career, Eunice has successfully built and scaled operational frameworks, optimized workflows, and led multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. A dedicated advocate for overlooked and underserved populations, she is passionate about eliminating disparities in healthcare and expanding access to quality services for the most vulnerable communities. This commitment has led her to focus on mobile care operations, bringing healthcare directly to patients’ doorsteps. I am the Director of Operations at Welltel Virtual Care, where I oversee operational strategy and team performance to support high-quality telehealth services. I bring more than 15 years of leadership experience in hospitality and healthcare operations.
My career began in private country club management, where I spent over 15 years leading food and beverage operations and earned my Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation. This experience developed my strengths in team leadership, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
After relocating from Arizona in December 2019, the COVID-19 pandemic shifted my career into healthcare operations. I joined NYC Health + Hospitals at a Staten Island COVID-19 vaccination site as the Lead Intake Coordinator, where I managed patient intake processes and trained new staff members.
I later joined LTS, supporting the State of New Jersey’s school testing initiative as a Regional Manager. In this role, I traveled between schools overseeing testing operations and leading a multidisciplinary team of approximately 15 staff members, including nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and intake personnel.
Following the conclusion of that program, I spent two years as a General Manager with Panera Bread, further expanding my experience in high-volume operational leadership.
In 2023, I joined Welltel Virtual Care at the invitation of a former colleague from NYC Health + Hospitals and LTS. After one year as Assistant Director of Operations, I was promoted to Director of Operations, where I continue to lead operational growth and team development across the organization.
Samson Pinter brings expertise in project and logistics management, known for his organizational precision and attention to detail. He has successfully led large-scale initiatives and cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient and timely project delivery. With a strategic approach to problem-solving and collaboration, Samson drives innovation and operational excellence, making him a valuable asset in product development.
Mehnoor Aamer is a seasoned professional currently serving as QA/QC Specialist at Welltel. With a wealth of experience across various industries, she brings a diverse skill set to her role, including leadership, process optimization, and customer service. Mehnoor’s extensive language proficiency in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi enables her to seamlessly communicate with Welltel’s diverse resident population, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment. Sowndarya, better known as Ria, is the Human Resources Manager at Welltel since 2024. Ria has 6+ years of experience in the field and holds a Master’s in Business Administration, focused in HR Management, and a PHR Certification. She has worked in versatile industries such as telecommunications, networking and entertainment, non-profit, education and healthcare. With a great passion and expertise in the HR arena, Ria strives to provide a positive, safe and progressive employee experience. With a focus on strategic HR initiatives and employee development, she is dedicated to building a high-performing and joyful workforce aligned with our company’s vision.
